Who supplies your purchase

Check the offer before buying

Purchases are currently unavailable. The electrician offer is a preview, and its final files, language and contents will be stated before it becomes available.

When an offer is available, review its included files, language, format, device requirements, licence, price and delivery terms before placing an order. Educational materials do not themselves provide a professional qualification, licence, job or guaranteed outcome.

For practical subjects, follow applicable safety requirements and seek qualified guidance where needed. Product-specific limitations will be stated on the offer page.

Prices and optional add-ons

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. We show the total payable amount before you confirm payment, including any applicable charges. We do not add an undisclosed fee after you accept that total.

Optional add-ons require your selection. They are not preselected and are added to the total only when chosen. The Pricing page explains the current offer status and displayed amounts.

Any applicable tax and purchase-document information will be stated before payment. No GST registration, tax-credit entitlement or particular tax treatment is implied by this preview.

Orders and payment

When checkout opens, provide an accurate email address and phone number to identify your order and help resolve payment or access problems. Review your selection before paying.

Payments will be processed through Razorpay. A bank debit, checkout message or browser redirect alone does not confirm a completed order. We check the payment provider’s records before providing download access.

If payment is pending or your bank shows a debit without access, do not pay again for the same order until its status is checked. Use Check payment & access in the same browser tab or contact support with the order reference.

Digital delivery and access

Products are digital; no physical parcel is shipped. The Digital Delivery Policy explains the confirmed-payment trigger, expiring download links, access recovery and help with missing files.

A download link lasts 15 minutes from issue. The checkout session can provide fresh links in the same browser tab for up to 24 hours from order creation. After that window, or if the tab’s saved information is cleared, contact support for manual purchase verification and access help.

You may keep downloaded files for personal use under the product licence. We do not promise perpetual online hosting. Access may be withdrawn after a refund, payment reversal or confirmed misuse.

Permitted use

Unless the product page expressly grants other rights, your purchase provides a non-exclusive licence for personal learning and use. Copyright stays with the relevant rights holder; rights that are not expressly granted are not transferred.

Do not resell, publicly redistribute or share purchased files or access links unless the product licence permits it. Do not bypass purchase verification, access another buyer’s order or interfere with the website.

Cancellations, refunds and complaints

The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. It explains cancellation before delivery, change of mind after working digital access is supplied, and remedies for non-delivery, defects, deficiency, misdescription and duplicate charges.

We may pause access while reasonably investigating suspected misuse, a payment reversal or a security issue. Contact support if you believe access has been stopped in error.

Use the Contact & Grievance page to raise or escalate a complaint. We acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and redress them within one month.

Privacy and your rights

The Privacy Policy explains the information used for the website, orders and support.

Applicable Indian law governs these terms. They do not exclude consumer rights or prevent you from approaching a competent consumer forum or other authority. Later changes will not remove rights attached to a purchase already made.
